The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. There is no platform-level processing fee applied to deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge their own transfer fees, for which js007 accepts no liability.
Deposits made via local bank transfer are typically credited to your Account balance within minutes of confirmed receipt. E-wallet deposits are generally processed in real time. js007 does not accept deposits in any currency other than IDR. Deposits received in foreign currencies will be rejected and returned, subject to any applicable bank charges.
js007 reserves the right to request documentation confirming the source of any deposit at any time as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide such documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights until the matter is resolved.
Members may request withdrawals of Real Money Funds at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this Clause. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the js007 Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any Account Balance:
js007 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will report any suspected criminal activity, including money laundering, to the relevant Indonesian authorities without prior notice to the Member concerned.
js007 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Members may also voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the js007 support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Funds remaining in the Account Balance (net of any non-withdrawable Bonus Funds) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to the KYC requirements of Clause 6.
Where an Account is closed due to a Prohibited Activity, js007 reserves the right to retain the entire Account Balance as reasonable compensation for any loss, damage, or administrative cost incurred.
All content, design elements, software, trademarks, logos, trade names, and other intellectual property comprising the js007 Platform are owned by or licensed to js007 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You must not, without js007's prior written consent:

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the js007 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating in the Asia-Pacific region.

In the event of any dispute arising between js007 and a Member, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via the js007 customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) calendar days of the dispute being formally raised, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under internationally recognised arbitration rules.
Nothing in this clause limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection provisions of Indonesian law that cannot be waived by contract.

Where changes are material — that is, where they substantially affect Member rights or obligations — js007 will provide at least seven (7) calendar days' notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and, where practicable, by sending an email notification to the registered email address associated with your Account.
For minor amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause), changes take effect immediately upon publication on the Platform without prior notice.
Your continued use of the js007 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 10.
The version of the Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page constitutes the current, binding version.
